Rule 83
Submission of bond
(1) The details of the amounts secured by the government offices for telephone, water, lights and other similar facilities shall be attached by the concerned office in the format as per Schedule-12 and the information shall be given to the Taluk Office and the Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office.
(2) After receiving the information according to sub-rule (1), the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts shall keep a record of it in the format as per schedule-13 and shall inform the relevant office.
(3) After receiving the notification according to sub-rule (1), the concerned office shall record it in its account.
